Class on natural remedies for simple, every-day illnesses and injuries will be offered on consecutive Sunday evenings. These classes were requested at our prior cooking and hydrotherapy classes and will be taught by Health Instructor Martin Raj. This class is sponsored by the Keene, NH Seventh-day Adventist Church and is part of our ongoing classes about improving our health.

About the Instructor: Martin Raj, a health educator from Maine returns to teach “Natural Remedies.” This class was requested several times over the last year and we expect it to be a popular event, so register early.
