This is a follow-up to the very popular hydrotherapy class we held in September and October 2018. The classrd will recap two of the most popular treatments of our first set of classes and then move on to four (4) additional hydrotherapy treatments.  

This is a set of five classes demonstrating home remedy treatments with water, heat and ice for simple injuries and illnesses. The five part series will be held Sundays on April 7, 14, 21, 28 and May 5, 2019 from 5 to  6:30 pm. Each of these classes builds on the information in prior classes so we ask that participants plan to attend all five (5) classes.

Hydrotherapy is a home treatment method that uses water (yes, water) to alleviate a range of symptoms. In these sessions, you will not only learn when and how to apply hot and cool water treatments and massage, but you will learn some of the science behind joint pain and other maladies and how hydrotherapy works on the body. You'll also learn how to strengthen your immune system and boost your overall energy levels. These treatments are designed to help deal with minor aches and pains, small injuries and other illnesses like common colds by using the simple and inexpensive treatments that our grandparents valued and applied in their lives using water, heat and ice.
